  • How to order?
    We accept orders via WhatsApp (preferred) and call. For your first order, please contact us with the following: Quantity and type of products Order frequency When do you require the products (e.g. need to use the products by 10am on Monday) We will reach out shortly to share more about the process and how we can support your order.
  • What are the prices for the products?
    Our prices are based on the prevailing market prices and whether the products are sold in original packaging/ smaller quantity. Please reach out to us for the latest price quote.
  • When must I place my order by?
    For large volume orders, we will reach out to discuss the additional lead time required. For most orders, our lead time is as follows: Self collection: Ready within 3 business hours Delivery: AM delivery: Order before 3pm the previous working day PM delivery: Order before 9am on day of delivery
  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    Depending on the products, they are either sold in carton, bag, packet or kg. Self collection: subject to order size of $75 and minimum quantity per item. For example, some products are only sold in their original packaging Delivery: subject to MOQ above, minimum order of $150 and within our delivery zone
  • What happens if my ordered items are out of stock?
    We will update you and check if you will like to replace with another product.
  • Where can I collect my order?
    You can collect your order at Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre, block 13 auction hall area. Keep a lookout for our booth, located near loading bay 3. Collection point:
  • Where do you deliver to?
    At present, we only deliver to specific clusters in Woodlands, Bedok and a few other locations. We are working to improve our delivery network coverage and apologise in advance that we currently do not deliver to shopping malls. Please reach out to check if we can support your delivery requests.
  • What should I do if I received damaged goods?
    Take a photo of the damaged goods and reach out to us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a refund/ exchange depending on the situation. We seek your understanding that for the wholesale trade of fresh produce, there may be some flaws in the products' appearances. Most of the time, they are still fresh and good for consumption. If in doubt, you can send us a photo of the product and clarify with us.
  • What should I do if I received the wrong goods?
    Reach out to us within 24 hours and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • What should I do if some items are missing from my order?
    Reach out to us within 24 hours and we will arrange for a replacement, redelivery or refund.
